Morning all , just back from walking the dogs in a bright but breezy Essex.

Woke up and have been feeling remarkably calm ,but after reading your comments can feel the anticipation and excitement starting to rise! Great opening speech Wombles!

Order of the day now is sort out brunch and then get ready for a walk across a couple of fields to the pub . Need to get there relatively early as though there is no premier football, landlord just gives us the controls to sort out the channels which made it very interesting working out the sky red button on previous occasions!

Let’s just hope we don’t give away an early try as has been our wont, and let’s see how high our blood pressure goes if it comes down to a Gopperth kick in the final minute!

Morning (just )all,

I've just got back from a long brisk walk that got the cardio-system going  and I'm feeling quite good about life in general.

I'm looking forward to what promises to be a cracking game between 2 teams who like to run from deep and want to excel in broken play. As well as the Wasps win ;D, I'm hoping there's no serious injuries (on either side), red cards, yellow cards or really controversial refereeing decisions to spoil it.  Obviously there'll be refereeing decisions we all disagree with, but that's part of the joy of the game.

I think there's only one way to stop Radradra, make sure he doesn't get the ball, especially with a bit of space in front of him, and that's going to need some enterprising defence but from what we've seen since the break I think the lads are up to that challenge.

Its going to be a day for on field leadership and its great to Joe back, but he's going to need support from the other senior players and natural leaders like Thomas Young, Gops, Dan Robson, Brad Shields and anyone else who wants to step up to that plate. Thanks goodness they've got some great comebacks in the memory banks to draw on if they do go behind at any point.

Well played, sir.
Red liquid is a good call.
I recently discovered Waitrose deliver wine anywhere, regardless of being out of their normal delivery area,  so my red liquid supply is getting healthier......
