Would be amazed if they weren't included. I'm pretty sure that group stage home cup games have traditionally always been included. Odd that it's not mentioned, but must be an oversight.
There's really no reason not to - half of STHs won't come anyway as it's one of those games it's easy to pass on if there's something else on. If they get a 6k+ crowd to the game vs Tigers then they'd have done well.
