Scholtz is a starter for Scarlets
« on: June 11, 2021, 12:12:33 PM »
On Sunday at 1pm on Premier v Edinburgh.

As an aside I note Edinburgh are a bit like us with 19 players unavailable. Most to injury but some on Lions and U20 duty.

If he is 20 stone he is a very fit one. Very much more mobile than Keiron. And it is very hot.

He and the other prop substituted on 44 mins.  No reason as he still looked as if he had plenty in the tank. Two new props are Welsh.
General impression is that he looks solid scrumwise and is fairly mobile. Not scared to tackle or get involved. Looks from this short viewing could be a level to slight improvement. Also he didn't get injured!!

Sounds promising. Thanks for the update. I think we got the best years of Brookes and it will be interesting to monitor his game time for Toulon.
