Falcons win again so we are closer to the bottom at close of play today.

I was hoping Sharks would do a bit more in that last 3 minutes after McGuigan's try, to at least grind out a draw, which would have been the best result.
It was fine when I left it.....

Who would have thought that both Tigers and Wasps would be dragged into the mire, on paper both teams should be nowhere near it. There has to be a radical overhaul of game management at Wasps both on the pitch and within the coaching set up, we appear to believe that doing the same things will provide different results,  what did Einstein say (see below)? Falcons are an example of a team that were losing but then mixed it up a little and came away with a win, that coupled with heart and belief got them where they needed to be today - we lack game management, heart and belief, without changing that then we will continue to lose. The Warriors game is our final, a must must win!

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results”. Albert Einstein

I wasn't expecting much from today, disappointing that we couldn't hold out for a bonus point.  The warriors game was and still is very much a must win game given the rest of the run in.  That won't be an easy match and whilst this season is a bit of a lost cause I'm hoping the entire squad are focused on coming away from that game with at least 4 points.

Seems like today was another case of doing some things ok but losing far too much cheap possession and not showing enough cutting edge.

Falcons were a team that had an England player, Wilson, come back and play out of his skin until he had to go off injured. How many of ours did - despite having little game time with Eddie.

We are screwed if we don't beat Warriors. Pure and simple. Only hope is Quins at home if the final week has secured their place, that could mean they put out a weakened team..... Other than that only Bath has any prospect of a win, and that is slim. 5 rounds left for most other teams, 3 for us as we will get nothing from Chiefs/Sarries.
8 points clear of Falcons, I think they will get two wins, we thus need a win.
