I feel I can predict Dai's comments at the end if we don't sharpen up in the red zone.....

HT 7-3. Nemo try.

Ref tough on breakdown. Not so tough on off side line.

You say hes tough on the breakdown but they are quite happily lying on the ball. Had the number 2 at one point come out the ruck and just stand there blocking any chance of going left...

Not bad so far. Some good hands here and there. Still one or two mistakes. Try was well taken, good offload (was that assist by Young?). Still possession and breakdown we're not quite as good. But that's due to mistakes and lack of Jack Willis.

Sloppy half in attack by and large, but looking pretty solid in defence. Should be further ahead given the opportunities in their 22, but perhaps lucky to only have conceded 3 given their fluffed penalty and several attacks on our line.

Basset indeed looking sharp, several nice carries and boshed tacklers out the way. I wouldn't say our midfield is "clicking", but it does have some go forward at least and we are getting the back 3 into the game. And we aren't kicking it the first time we run out of ideas, which is nice.

We're letting Watson and co. get on the ball a bit too much, most of the time we're able to then blow them away, but we need to be faster to the breakdown. Young not looking anywhere near as effective as Willis here, but is carrying well and did excellently to create the try for Carr.

I really like Cardall, always looking for work, and Matthews is making a mess of their maul. Toomaga-Allen has given a few pens away I think?

Hopefully we can rachet up the pressure and get the W!

YY picks and goes from the base of a ruck and makes it into the 22 and offloads to Nemo for the try

I'd like give a mention to Porter to liking some of his passing. Matthews also working hard.  Need make sure we dont give them momentum now through scrum pens etc.

Lineout defence obviously been a work on. Seems to have paid off.
Scrum worries me.
Scoreline is pretty reflective of the game. Don't feel confident.

Some nice turnovers by young. Be interesting to see how him and Willis would get off on the same field.

Discipline appears to have been a bit better in the second half (I'm following it online) but was atrocious in the first
