I think it it becoming clear as to the rationale behind his recruitment by Derek.

He was the man who turned Glaws around and recruited Ackermann. The upturn in their performances is there for all to see. They are definitely a top 4 side.

The Sarries debacle has proved to be the tipping point for Wasps. No relegation this season means that the ducks can be put in a row ahead of the 20/21 season.

It's something I wasn't clear on. Did DY report to Vaughan or Richardson? If it is Vaughan (and I think it is) it would seem that he has decided enough is enough with DY. If that is the case he must have someone lined up. The whole thing needs sorting urgently and not having anyone who has already signed on the dotted line would be an error.
