Lots of contract extensions!

Great news.  That's some really key guys nailed on "long term", which I'm taking to mean 3 yrs minimum as 2 years would be pretty standard.  And not only established players like Launch, Robson, Shields, Willis, but also some emerging youngsters like Oghre, Spink and Willis jr now with us for the long haul.  Well done to everyone involved.

What were the other leaver rumours?

Tom Cruse to Bristol was one, wasn't he? And no mention of him in the extensions (although not announced as having signed at Bristol, so presumably has a Year left on his contract / Wasps weren't seeking to extend his contact?)

Fantastic news. Amongst the turmoil others are in we are building a squad and an esprit de corps that will win us things. Great squad blend of experience and youth. Starting to think our shrewdest signing was Vaughan.

Great news. Maintaining the squad can only be good and not an on-loan Saracen in sight to upset it, which is likely to happen at some clubs.  COYW!
