Any scrum half at any level above under 9s

I just don't get it.

I figure he plans on sticking with Youngs for now. So needs to get 1 other solid option in place, and if he wants a 3rd, it really should be a decent youngster. Robson, Youngs and Spencer would mean after 2023, you're likely looking for options quickly, better to have one on the go already.
