Scottish Exodus - Anyone We Want?

Somewhat open thread (borderline fantasy), there's a circulating list of Scottish club players all out of contract on Twitter and Reddit.

With Hogg and Russell gone of the past few years and now Hastings leaving, Scottish fans feel there could be a club exodus similar to Australia's.

So I ask, are there any names you see playing for Glasgow and Edinburgh you'd want playing for Wasps next season?

There are some very good players on those lists. I doubt many will eventually be free.
Watching Darcy Graham rip Wasps to shreds was not pleasant and Kinghorn has a bigger boot than Daly. Bill Mata would be a step up at 8. We are well endowed with flanker but there are some good ones there.

I think the English game should be looking to its own. There's a lot of very good English players out there struggling to get a contract or in a precarious situation with championship contracts. Money is going to be tight, not just now but for several years to come, we need to spend it wisely and fairly.

Is it  meant to be (on average) 15 English qualified players in a match day squad ?
I’m pretty sure that Sale have been below this a couple of times this season.
