Sorry to resurrect this but was sent this that appeared on a specialist "marketing" website (It's a closed one, so can't link to it)

Having worked for a management consultancy as a specialist Telecoms engineer (they bought us) I've seen those sorts of email discussions. Reports always had to have a "thud" factor as well.
