Hopefully Gleeson has done his homework by chatting to previous ex England coaches (including Mitchell) so he knows what he’s getting into. Hope he does well.

Some were sceptical when Martin joined Wasps in 2019 but he proved his doubters wrong.

Well done Martin.

Nicked from the other site and you wonder how much Gleeson will see of him -

the RFU has issued a statement this week confirming the following:
Coaching Leicester:
Jones spent the day with Steve Borthwick. Managed to do a little bit of coaching. I know I am not supposed to coach another team so I apologise now, I apologise for coaching another team
Overseas coaching:
He will first head to Treviso, Italy, where he will spend three days with Benetton (August 4-6) before visiting Georgia Rugby in Tbilisi to work alongside their coaches (August 18-20).
Jones will continue to visit Premiership clubs, including monthly coaching visits to Leicester Tigers.

As expected. Overall I'm excited by our new coaching set up. Could work out to be an excellent blend of youth and innovation and experience.
