In which case there isn't a ref for Sunday because it wont be a French or English ref for the Wasps game. I guess it could be a southern hemisphere ref or perhaps a Irish ref as seems to only apply to UK citizens. The radio news suggested you are required to isolate on arrival for 48 hrs until you have a clear PCR test.  Unless the officials for the game have landed in france today  they wont be available for Sunday anyway.
