You may be entirely right about the reason bind. But it really is a catch 22 as our performance dipped palpably when we kept voluntarily turning it over via his kicking.

I?d rather we took a risk with a younger player, I?ve never been a Youngs fan because as well as his kicking his tendency to take a step back at the ruck gives defences an edge. (Although to be fair he?s improved that a lot).

The way we ware now Borthwick. Ignition as well be thinking about the next WC.

Eddie is a twat who constantly looks for an edge and renewal by ripping up the playbook everyone else uses. At the same time he is stuck in his ways. A total paradox who is 100 pc responsible for the bullshit we are knee deep.in. No team with a Ben Youngs will win the WC unless it has a SA quality pack. We have seen a generation containing Wade, Robson et al totally ignored in favour of prosaic players who struggle to get into club teams.  Jones now promises to select his latest players based on Super Rugby performances, but fundamentally he said club rugby isn't international rugby and used it as a justification for ignoring Prem player in form and picking those not. Shouting at players and coaches works for a while, the managerial bounce is pronounced by those type of shouty coaches. Ultimately  he is the usual Aussie who thinks everything in the NH is crap, and that is why he should have gone in 2018. He will pick in the SH on form, whilst ignoring it in the NH.
