Wonky - the timing of your comment was perfect. The first item on Page 2.
Agree with the comments about Cole & Vunipola. Great props in the past but time they both retired with us remembering their pomp rather than wishing they were not there.
Off to Cardiff on 25th. Could be a dreadful game y both teams.

While it wasn't the best game, there were some glimpses of improvement. I'll give Borthwick till the end of the 6 nations before judging how successful he's been.

He didn't immediately turn Tigers into winners, he needed time to get the team playing the way he wanted. I am sure he has a plan, not sure whether the players understand it yet.

I think Borthwick definitely needs time. The simple fact is that at the moment our players aren?t as good as Ireland?s or France?s. There is no one outside of the squad to change that.

Nor is our game plan. Get rid of Farrell and things might improve.

Completely agree with that. But I don?t think it will happen.

Even the match organisers f****d up.

They started playing the Italian National Anthem before the teams were lined up before the start of the match.

This for me. Absolutely going to give Borthers time, of course, but Farrell for me....no. Smith, Smith, or perhaps Smith. I have seen convincing arguments for Smith, but, at a push I will go with Smith.
