Good interview. Thanks for posting.

Not quite as forthright in bashing England as some recent pieces by former players. A more circumspect reflection based on his experience which is somewhat broader than that of most English coaches and former players.

This one short quote summed up England and English rugby in general for me: "We are very much slaves to our plan.". Until that plan changes, England will go on as they are.
