Do we know Wilson would have done a great job? He is rated highly by some, but in coaching terms he is very much "up and coming" rather than established.
It would be interesting to see what effect he would have had in a parallel universe.

He's far from up and coming, he's performed extremely well at multiple clubs now, lots of Welsh supporters were extremely sad to see him go, and credit him highly with the turnaround of some of the Welsh regions. There's a reason Scotland (likely) paid us for his release.
