Livewire Homer - the younger brother of Tom - has had an impressive season for the Reds in the Championship and we understands Wasps are winning the race for the 23-year-old's signature, with Gloucester possibly still interested.

Another scrum half http://www.itsrugby.co.uk/player-33905.html does this signal Hampson's exit? The SH line up would be Robson, Vellacott, Homer (possibly) and Porter?

With Robson being diagnosed with DVT (see DW or Times) and on blood thinners we might need as many SH as we can. Dan is out for the season and could, possibly,  be finished if it is a permanent situation. Poor bugger.

Yes, we need another signing at SH with the awful Robson news.
At worst we are over stocked for a bit. If he makes a full recovery a not Eddie coach, assuming he goes, will have a much closer look, and we could be losing Robson anyway.
