A good team. RFU refs division pulling out the stops on this one. I always love it when I see Buster as the citing officer. Brings a sense of reality to a difficult job.

Is it just my perception or does Buster act as citing officer quite a lot in our games?

Do they attend the match or are simply sent video evidence after a game if something crops up?

I believe that the citing officer is at the game but will also look at video footage after the game.

Maybe they get allocated locally to save costs explaining why Buster has been allocated to many of our games?
