Vesp has linked to one in the sticky messages at the top of the forum. Its not his but at ViewFromThe22.

As I never take part in fantasy leagues (apart from playing Football manager on someones games console in 1986) I don't know where any others are. I'm not sure if there is one on the Sportnetwork site but even so the Wasps section of that website has been down for about 5 weeks and looks like it might not rise from the ashes.
