Seems to me we had a similar problem with rain-lost days in the cricket - and that is not uncommon in this country. World Rugby knew they were planning the games towards the end of the Japanese tornado season. If it had been delayed by a few more weeks, we would all be complaining about long-term problems for this Premiership season.
