Want to sign the best coaches, but can't because they're out of our league. If Gloucester and Northampton can sign a class coach why can't we?

Also, I agree Dai aiming for high standards limits is a statement, but it also says he's not willing to let anybody in. (until he signs a random rugby league attack coach I know....)
