Surprised this hasn’t been posted elsewhere

Aside from some dodgy arrows at the line out I was always pleased to see Tom get on to the field at AP. Wish him luck in his next endeavours.

He always brought large amounts of energy to the game. As well as hooking, did he also play in the back row on the odd occasion?

I thought he was a converted centre?
Always enjoyed watching him. Can't believe he is that old, seems like yesterday.

Think you're right Heathen, I recall the odd game at flanker.

Good player. His darts sometimes made Big Trev look like Phil Taylor!

Best of luck to him with whatever comes next. Sounds like he's already on the coaching path.

I believe he actually started out as a winger. Had a lot of England interest early on apparently, but a lot of hours put into. Would have been one of the "new breed" a decade before most. Unfortunately, his darts were barely premiership standard.

Really enjoyed watching him play when he was having one of his rampaging games.
