There needs to be a role for him at the club when he retires. If not coaching then a Dallaglio-like behind the scenes role should be looked at.

I thinks the odds of Jimmy being involved with the club, once he decides to hang up his boots, are very short.
Lee and Jimmy joined Wasps at the same time and the is a great empathy between then.
