Alternative Rugby Teams

Something for the off-season.

Hopefully as general sports fans with a passion for rugby, we watch other sports and think "He'd be a good prop" or "the wheels on him.. he'd make a good winger"

Referee: The Angel Gabriel.  He would have excellent aeriel views of scrums etc. and tricky tries .

Think you’d have to go with Lineker at 10 — football’s very own squeaky.

A few other ideas are:
Terry Butcher at 8.
John Regis as my crash ball outside centre
Davis Gower at inside centre
Kriss Akabusi at 9 — just for the non-stop chit-tat.
Ben Stokes at full back — and I’d be expecting Jason Robinson levels of miracles from him.

And surely the previous suggestion of Lineker - he would need to come off the bench as a "finisher".
