Special mention to those shoveling snow wearing shorts!  That's the north-east for you, they still had their shirts off moments before that was filmed!  :D

Bath are cooking up a special toastie-warm pitch for us this evening!

I expected a Swedish hot tub in the middle of the pitch and then a naked roll in the snow, followed by birch leaves/branches ...

But I guess the tub is out after the new Premiership Covid rules  ;D ;D ;D

Seriously though, must have some doubts about that game going ahead.

Am I right in thinking that Bath RFC don't actually own the land their club sits on. I presume a lot of clubs' property or land might be owned by other entities tied up in offshore accounts but Bath's situation is slightly different. Isn't it owned by a trust set up for the benefit of the people of Bath and it restricts Bath RFC desire to develop the ground or land because of that?

Its normally a mud bath this time of year after a few games.

You’re right - that’s why some of the stands are deemed temporary and no roofs . They cannot really develop it any more as it’s in a conservation area as well . Looking to build a new stadium on outskirts.
