Would he even qualify under WRB rules for Italian rugby?

Grandparents count, so yes.

Jesus, the comments on that article are depressing.

But then the headline tries to make this big thing about how eating pasta on Christmas day is some kind of weird cultural assault so the Mail clearly know their audience....

I also loved watching JJ Okocha. Some sublime skills.

Jesus, the comments on that article are depressing.

Particularly the one  that states that he shouldn't play for England because he supports terrorist organisations. The only organisations he shows support for mentioned in the article are those well known terrorist organisations: the NHS, and BLM, which most players, white or black, show support for by kneeling before matches.

TBH I expect no less from DM Comments. Daily Mail Rugby is actually rather good (Laura Lambert came through here) but tbh the comments section is full of trolls and verging on racist individuals who are about as interesting as a wet piece of cardboard and views are as braindead as possible.

Sorry really irritates me as whenever someone who isn't "English" in their eyes appears in an article, out come the haters.

The very sad thing about giving people the ability to air their views is that those who feel the biggest need to do so are those that really should keep their "thoughts" to themselves!

Thanks to Vesp (and Raggs) we're allowed to post our own thoughts and opinions on Wasps, rugby and sometimes wider issues. I was disheartened by some of the comments on DM online but sometimes you have to take the rough with the smooth. Would those people say the same thing if they were standing in front of Paulo.. I doubt it but some people become warriors behind the keyboard.

I'm not sure I've publicly thanked Vesp and Raggs for all their hard work.. good work sirs.
