It would just be nice for us to sign someone! haha.

It is always a little worrying when you see other teams making signings and its quiet as anything for us. I am assuming we only will announce signings if someone confirms they are leaving but a good signing would be a good pick me up after the torrid time we have suffered.

Baxter said both Townsend and Devoto are in the middle of their contracts. I'd assume this means Townsend might be bogus (Devoto has got to be bogus) but aren't rugby paper usually quite reliable?

I also recognise Townsend. He's quite an experienced scrum half. I remember he had a hell of a game against Saracens in the semi final and again in the final against us. Not really noticed him since then. I've always thought that was Chudley, but oh well.
