£88 million to support Premiership clubs

Announced that Premiership rugby will get £88M loan to sustain it through the rest of the 20/21 season. Part of the Govt £300M package to support winter sports.

Does that include "the thirteenth club" or just those currently in the Premiership?

This sounds like the type of loan that was offered to National League football teams, the repayment terms of which led to Dover declaring they wouldn't finish the season and Kings Lynn and a number of others threatening to do the same.  The clubs are considering a vote of no confidence in the National League management for agreeing to the terms.  Lets hope PRL have obtained better terms.
