Unless he wants to have a look at someone else younger there’s no real point - Youngs will be back in time for the AIs I’m sure - he has not had many injuries at all over the years, especially in international windows.

It's only a training squad sadly, so no real point in replacing him for the sake of it.  I saw the headline about Youngs withdrawing and momentarily got excited, but it's a minor knock that's not even expected to keep him out of Tigers' side this weekend.

Looks like they aren't prepared to let Eddie break him, I can't really fault them.
