Wasps U18s fixture
« on: December 17, 2021, 04:24:47 PM »
Apparently wasps u18s are playing Yorkshire u18s tomorrow at 2 pm.
Sadly its in Beverley, near Hull, so unlikley to be local for many on here....

Also sad that Wasps as a club haven't made more of this, the only reason I know about it is because Joe Launch has shard something about it on his instagram, Looks like he's been involved with some coaching with them.

Dang, Hull is my neck of the woods. Had I heard sooner I might've attended.

Glister and Rokodrava in the back 3 look like absolute weapons apparently

The thing that report doesn't tell you is KO time:

Thursday 23rd Wasps Academy vs Newcastle Academy 2:15pm kick off.

Also, for those of you who know the club and want to watch, the roundabout on the A46 Eastern bypass is currently being replaced with a huge flyover (to move the Northbound traffic jams up to the next roundabout). So expect some disruption, but the road should be open at least.

Sunset is about 4pm, so the game should finish about the same time. Forecast is for a very mild day (11C) and light southerly winds. I might get the bike out and blast up there (it's a 20 mile each way trip).

Thanks. Going to need the lights. Not sure if I am going. Don't feel so good today (dodgy heart).

They must be proud parents as Reuben crossed over for a brace of tries.

Indeed.
His twin sister is very good at some form of horse jumping, not sure exactly which, so they are both blessed with sporting genes, as you would expect with those parents!

Gabby and her siblings were raised in Coventry - they are a lovely family.
