If we can get Alfie starting and the pack is the same as last week, with so many players missing from Exeter, I really do expect a win. Of course our intensity has to be right up there.

For me the Sarries game would be more difficult.

About time we had some luck

Its not cocky, as it would not be negative when we had all those injuries.

If we can get a good squad out, then beating Exeter who have about 25 players missing should be expected. If we can't beat them now then can we beat them

To be honest with it being at Sandy Park it will be a hell of a tough game even if Baxter has to play himself. The team they will put out will be strong and well drilled.

Reflecting on this and assuming Barbeary and West are fit our squad is really starting to strengthen. We could feasibly go in with:

1) West.
2) Cruse.
3) Alo.
4) Launchbury
5) Stooke
6) Fifita
7) Shields
8) Barbeary
9) Robson
10) Atkinson
11) Bassett
12) Gopperth
13) Fekitoa
14) Odogwu
15) Watson

Bench. Hislop, Oghre, Millar-Mills, Gaskell, Carr, Wolstenholme, Miller, Spink.

That is very strong!

I'd have Mills over Miller as I think we need to put some game time into his legs.

What about Crossdale is he definitely out? If not him at 15 makes that very close to a full strength side

I am not sure any injury updates have said anything about him, except he has appeared on the unavailable list in the team lists for the last few matches.

Thought that but Miller covers 10, 12, 15 and wing. Mills 10 or 12 so purely Miller for me on cover.

A lot of our good fortune is simply payback for earlier when results, decisions and in game injuries went against us. This is normal, things even out, and so I don't buy the arguments that we have been lucky in our recent wins, no more than we were unlucky in other games. We have beaten good teams due a slice of bad luck. We are away but I am hoping for a hard fought W against a brave team missing a lot, something we could easily pull off.
