that sounds like you're complaining about the way the mods run the DW site.
Given that it requires articles to be written and published, it should be up to everyone already to provide the moderators with those articles.
My guess is that no-one has stepped up and provided any articles recently

I've spent about 5 hours this week doing behind the scenes admin for the DW site, I'll get an article written and posted soon assuming no-one beats me to it, but if anyone wants it faster I'm very happy to post up an article they have written.
