Yeah, I read that and thought it was basically him realising sticking to a salary cap actually impacts your squad.

100% no sympathy.... part of a club that flouted the rules on salary cap and probabely led to us and others not achieving things we may have achieved. Get in the Bin Alex moaning about salary caps.
