Interesting that Gary Reynolds was interviwed for this article.

Rams are the reincarnation of Old Readingensians Rugby Club. Their ground is on the A4, about 5 miles east of Reading. Played there many times over the years, when they were just another amateur club.

Reynolds has funded the development. He is CIO of a financial business - Courtiers.

Heard much the same down my local club. Nobody is happy, and the RFU are dictating to their members what they will or will not do. I predict this will get messy.
