Wasps Really Need to Start a Line of Communication

If only to update on the last item on their twatter. Keeping silent is fine in many circumstances but when stuff starts to be released by others (RFU) you really should put out at least a small comment.

OR don't they want to take us with them?
Let me tell you something cucumber

I agree with you. Now the lid is off and more info in the public domain, the Club really do need a charm offensive with it's followers.

As they like to say in some circles, Wasps need to start controlling the narrative.

It?s hard while they are still relying on 3rd parties like the RFU so much but if the don?t start making  statements conspiracy theories start gaining credence.

There?s a good chance that resources are somewhat stretched at the moment. I?m prepared to be a bit more patient, particularly as there?s no probably not much more to tell than we know already. Something along the lines of, we?re looking to play at Sixways, we need to land the finances and we need to recruit. Once that?s done, we?ll have a tickets to sell and an idea of what the price should be.

I don't buy any of this silence crap.

Were not obliged to know anything.
However, we are the lifeline of the club, without the fans, the club ceases to exist.

VV has said all along that there should have been more messaging from the club, or even involved parties, and I whole heartedly agree.
They could very easily have said nothing whilst saying something and therefore not been in breach of any NDAs.

As for now, there really is no reason not to have something being said.
Time stretched thin is a bullshit excuse.
It means that the fan base is less important than anything else that's going on.
2 minutes on Twitter is all that's required.... Someone could do that while on the loo.

Much has been said about the great business heads that we have involved.
But big business is not a sports club with a fan base.
While I'm sure that those involved will be able to successfully run a business, I'm having my doubts that they have the first clue in how to engage with a fanbase... Or more to the point, understand the importance of the fanbase

A new Facebook page also from the looks of it. The old one has disappeared.

Much can be found via companies house on the old Wasps Ltd companies listings and in various news articles over the years. He's been involved with Wasps in some form since 2012. Was a solicitor.
