Notice no reference to 'player' or 'signing'?

Maybe coaching team news? Or could team news include training ground news?

Coaching hopefully.

Rugbyinsideline also claims that a player is backing out of a signed contract, but it's dangerous to say who/clubs involved, due to the characters involved.

I've just seen this. I'd find it mildly amusing if it was ED but I've heard it's potentially JCW from what's been said on DW and Twitter.

I think it means that it is about the team, but not the team news normally announced at midday on Fridays.
