Still would like to see games in the flesh , so would look at going to nearest/easiest to get to championship side. Would also toy with looking at premier tv purely to follow La Rochelle - at least they play in the right colours!

How does it work with the lease? Do wasps pay an annual amount along with business rates? Only way I could see it is that a council could give a payment holiday , but then every business would cry foul . Wouldn’t solve anything short term ( or be anywhere enough )

Aren’t the grounds in France mostly municipal owned ( not sure about Racing)? Presume it makes budgeting a lot more simpler if you haven’t got to worry about maintenance ,power bills etc

« on: October 14, 2022, 09:28:59 AM »Just issued a winding up order on Southend United. It does look as though they are targetting sports clubs. Lets hope, as taxpayers, they keep going and weed out as many rugby (and football) teams as they can in short order time!
They have been issuing petitions and orders on Southend for over 10 years. Did think that when we were first served ours that Derek should have got in touch with Ron Martin on how to play the game.

I know that Heineken have taken their beer back but surely the poor lad deserves better ....
Saw how that story got moved on from beer taken back Tuesday to not available on Sunday. Was there on Sunday along with all the other brands that it supplies ( certainly in clubhouse- but maybe they had been refused entry for not having correct pass)
