Wasps Rugby Discussion / Re: Wasps v Harlequins: Post Match Thoughts.

It did make in laugh in the 2nd half when Barnes pinged us for offside.
Listening to ref radio he ignored any call for offside from the touchline.
He really has turned himself into a bad official.

I thought 2 yellows there.NZ get away with so much.
The way they get away at blocking at the breakdown winds me right up.

Is it Flatman on lead commentary?

He's the sole commentator, they've given him the job a few times now. He's better as colour, but they've probably done this to help him learn the trade.
He doesn't know when to stop.A bit of coaching he could be a top commentator.

Cats and dogs in North Warwickshire.
If you have access to Stan Sport they are showing today's game.
I hope we might just have enough today.

Wasps Rugby Discussion / Re: CBSA Screen Damaged?
« on: October 29, 2021, 02:31:05 PM »
Why was there a banner of Jimmy Hill in the South stand? My guess is, CCFC fans invaded that area. It is the stand reserved for away fans, right? CCFC would be responsible for any damage, and would have to try a civil recovery from whomever did it, which would be very hard to prove. Not that I have been looking, but are the FA investigating the violence at the game?
There is a league agreement that the club of the the so called fans pay up.
I would think getting any money out the administrator would be like pulling teeth.

Hard enough without Carley having a brain fart.

BV called offside - nothing called by the ref - what is the point of warning players ffs and doing nothing as a ref....Jeezz
yep pinging one side just a warning for the other.

what happened to the loan hooker form last week?
and whats up with Dan Robson, listed on the unavailable list.

This is huge gamble, (injuries & unavailability aside) lets hope Wasps get something out of it!
I did notice Robson limping when he went off last week.
