4 STH in my house but only 1 email, not sure if 1 answers for all, will try to ask on Twitter as well.
Had an email reply today, one email per linked group of tickets, looks like a standard reply email for all non reciept queries, posted below if it helps anyone.

As announced, the Club has now contacted all 2019/20 Season Members to outline the process for using the credit available to them. For some reason, you have not received this email which might be because your account is linked to another member, you have unsubscribed in the past or our emails have been unable to reach your inbox for another reason.
If your account is linked to another member, correspondence will currently only be sent to the main email address on the account.
If you have previously unsubscribed, to receive future communications from us you will need to respond to this email stating the following – please ensure you insert your full name: ‘I, (insert name), wish to re-subscribe in order to receive email communications from Wasps Rugby’.
