Photo clearly shows that Matsushima got to Matteo's right arm.

It’s unlike BB to criticise the refereeing.

Stephen Jones in the Sunday Times reports there was a Morgan Parra forward pass to Fritz Lee in the lead up to the final try.

Personally I didn’t notice it (and switched off straight afterwards) but noticed the Japan full back easily brush off a tackle attempt by Jacob.

Given the forward pass occurred in front of the press box, it's not surprising that the media have picked up on it.

Between the Paolo hold up, TT’s disallowed try and the forward pass for the final Clermont try that’s a 21 point swing against us.  We let them back in with a few silly penalties, a missed line out and a yellow at the death but the game could and should have been won by then.

Thought it was an excellent showing against a reckoning force in Clermont, whom we were widely predicted to be dominated by.  Perhaps the issue is simply one of us feeling the pressure to get that win, when the pressure is off we play with so much more freedom.

Was a definite forward pass and a possible obstruction against Robson. That's twice at least we've been undone by a TMO especially not scanning repeats properly. The way Murphy arrived with a flourish to thrust his hand in the air he was never going to want to disallow the try. Fully accept that they shouldn't have been in our 22 but we should also expect officials to check things properly.
