Mysteriously they never seemed to ever pass forward, whilst every second pass we made was.

On a slightly more serious note, WB seemed to let quite a few passes on the 'forward side of flat' go. Wearing my black and gold specs they mainly seemed to favour Briz. However, some time in the second half he blew us up for a forward pass saying something like - I often let those go, but can't allow that one! Surprised me that he actually said it!

That was in the leasd up to the disallowed try wasn't it?  It annoyed me a lot at the time as there had been an almost identical one in the lead up to one of their tries a little earlier that was completely ignored.

I struggled with some of the match decisions and the atmosphere.

People were friendly enough although someone behind struggled with a very limited vocabulary after they went behind🤣.
Never had so many people heading to the bar constantly, some were good and stood to the side until a break in play but a group including 3 girls were constantly getting up to and seemed to be disturbing everyone around, not sure if that was a Friday night issue.
Agree with the constant high tackle calls and forward pass and offsides from the local fans.

Stadium announcements were terrible and couldn't understand them, small screen made smaller with ads.
Nice that they stopped the replays of Billy's injury after the 1st one, and didn't do their stupid dance cam thing they did on other injury breaks.

Listening on ref-link there were some strange decisions from Barnsey, early in 1st half he called advantage over just as Bristol kicked to clear their lines, the kick went out on the full, but he gave Bristol their advantage and he said it didn't seem fair to give the advantage on the lineout to Wasps.
Then in the 2nd half he pinged Bristol for their 7 drifting in on the lineout, Bristol player gave the ball to Wasps assuming the penalty, but Wayne allowed Bristol to retake the lineout?
For the 'worlds best ref' I wasn't that impressed.

Yes VV, I think you're right. Was very surprised at the time that the passes leading up to one of their tries wasn't checked.
