They seem to have split the training ground at Ryton away from the footy club so could hold onto that as a development. Probably nothing like money spent but might be used as an offset arguement with investors.

Do they own the training ground at Ryton though?

One of the SISU shell companies wrapped up in the process. Another is Otium. There is a third called something like sbs&l.
