I wonder who the writer was? It doesn't come across as a specific sports report as it explains the background to where CCFC find themselves but also points to the state of a number of clubs governed by the EFL.

I wouldn't have thought The Times readers would be that interested in the recent background of a League 1 (is that 3rd division?) football club.
Its interesting to note the EFL may be taking a firmer stance on the viability of clubs under its governance though. I wonder how long CCFC will be permitted to play their home games at another club's stadium outside of Coventry.
