I assume you mean playing somewhere locally and moving into coaching
As opposed to retiring from the game and doing coaching locally instead

There are a couple of clubs in National 2 such as Hinckley or Bournville who might have the level of rugby, coaching opportunity, finances and links with Wasps to be able to attract him maybe coupled with some public school / university coaching.
