I thought we would get a discount from last seasons missed games?

When I go though the process online, no discount is being applied.

Separate question, although I'm a season ticket holder I did buy tickets for my Worcester relatives, obviously the game didn't go ahead, sometime ago I was asked via email if I wished to have a refund, I said yes because this was not really my money.   I'm still waiting for that refund? anyone else get any money back.

I'm happy to renew, but I want these loose end tied up before I'm willing to do so, any advise?

Sounds like questions for the Ticket Office i'm afraid.  You should have had an E-Mail from your 2019/20 Season Ticket:

Ok I've just finished talking to them on the phone.

All my issues have been resolved and the guy who dealt with me was nothing short of brilliant.
