Not at all surprised, after he posted a picture of him with his girlfriend in a bar after 11pm last night. Can't imagine that's allowed under the Covid protocols...

He was there in the stands tonight not too far from Blackett, which would suggest injury otherwise he wouldn’t be anywhere near the squad or coaches if he was a Covid risk. Plus Brookes doesn’t come across as a person who would blatantly flout the (Covid) rules.
