Parking for Bristol

Looking for help please re parking for Bristol.  We have booked a space at the 'Arena Shopping Park' and want to know where to enter this facility eg via the ground or not via the ground. 

The map provided by: Glide - Effortless Parking suggests the car park entrance is some 800 miles west of Gabon and 500 miles south of Ghana, in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. 

Usual story of non existent service from Glide - well hidden contact numbers, lengthy greeting messages suggesting actions that I have already taken, and finally, the option to leave a message that has yet to be returned.

There is an underpass from the Arena car park (close to PCWorld/Decathlon) that goes under the railway and close to the station.

If you go onto Googls Maps and enter 52.44643538887214 -1.4946927820716764 that will show exactly where it is.

Can you actually book a space at the arena shopping car park ? Thought it was 2 hours max on an event / match day unless spending over £50 in a shop there

I looked for it, but think the entrance is hidden close to the canal bridge by the Longford Road, and is now used as a feeder to keep the canal in water.

It's bookable through glide parking now, I had noticed they had been on sale for the football but now rugby available too, think it is preparation for when car park c closes.
