Eco cups

Can somebody tell the staff in bars it's a pound off if You take the eco cup back.
2 different bars 3 pints charged a pound more for every pint.
Gave up arguing after 3rd pint.
Somebody really needs to get a grip of the piss poor service on the concourse.

Agreed! It’s been bad for a while and hasn’t been fixed. Outside the concourse the Anecdote - which is a fantastic venue - operates on an average 20 minute wait - not good.

It is all down to staffing and continuity.  The management are fully aware of the problems and are trying to correct each. We noticed a few corrections/improvements this match over previous ones. The pandemic has buggered up supply chains in provisions and staff.
If things are not right by the Christmas game then questions do need asking.

Yes, fair enough, there has been disruption. It’s not that I’m personally upset at the inconvenience - I just wince at the lost revenue for the club.

That is true. I assume they are aware of the failings and hopefully the potential
