Miracle is a bit strong. Whilst the bench was weak and we had a loanee at 13, the starting 15 weren't far off a starting 15 on any given Sunday, injuries or not.

Respectfully disagree. Tom West, Jack Willis, Launchbury, Fekitoa, Dan Robson and Mills would all have been starting in my book. And that's a lot of important players.

Simultaneously the bench lacking that experience definitely affected the outcome. Noticeable drop off around 50 minutes in.

Injuries played a massive part in the performance and outcome of this game.

Yes, but crucially we had an academy product at LH for over half the game, teaming up with an on loan hooker for some of the game and a TH who’s played far too many minutes. We then got penned off the pitch at scrum time. Agreed, miracle isn’t how I’d have described it but there were mitigating factors.
