Bad luck on the cancellation and hope you got to see the sights before Hagibis hit. I thought Chinatown in Yokohama was great for meals.

And a storm surge in Yokohoma, a coastal city, could cause a mass of damage to the transport systems

Eddie's comments yesterday on the RFU website suggest that it is nothing to worry about.

(Mako and Jack Nowell will miss the first two pool games.)

I know both Nowell and Mako are essential cogs within the squad but given you're only allowed 31 players is it really sensible to take 2 injured players?

I quite agree. Been thinking exactly this since the news re: Mako and Jack was announced.

And Slade has been out since before the warmups!

The interesting question is whether Kruis will be cited for his jumping clothesline at the end? If so and banned it complicates things for Eddie.

Yep, both those were penalty restarts.

At Allianz Park Elliott added 3 points from the centre spot while at Franklins Gardens Saints kicked to touch and scored from the resulting rolling maul.

Does anyone know why the rent to CCFC was so low for the season?

He made the EPS at one point but injuries stymied him

I was watching that from high in that corner of the ground, we couldn't believe how he managed to get across

The Sale try was the sort of thing we regularly do. Easy winner with Elliot's one of the next best

I suspect that Maloouf will be cited, and I agree that a red card at the time might have been the outcome.

If BT were right that Veanu picked up his 3rd yellow of the season then he will also be in front of the beak, probably collecting a 1 match ban.

It was gutting how we failed to capitalise on so many good chances, but Tigers also did so and Genge was the catalyst they needed. He also wrecked a lineout when he was first on in addition to stuffing Marty Moore

Wasps Rugby Discussion / Re: Wonder if Ricoh will host a semi final?
« on: January 28, 2018, 08:44:38 AM »
Depends on the minimum capacity requirement. If it is still over 25,00 then the Madjeski is out (24,261).

The Ricoh hosted our SF v Saints when we went on to beat Tigers and Saints were relegated
